The Self-Adhesive Direct Thermal Film Label PN302H1 is a durable thermal PP labeling material developed for logistics, supply chain, and inventory management applications that require fast, ribbon-free printing. The structure consists of a 75mic direct thermal PP facestock, hot melt adhesive, and a 60gsm white glassine liner, providing reliable performance under demanding operational conditions.

PN302H1 features a matte white surface with a subtle pearl luster, offering good opacity and surface uniformity. The thermal coating enables clear and consistent printing of variable information such as text, barcodes, and tracking graphics, while supporting stable die-cutting and label dispensing during high-speed production.

Within the specified temperature range, the material maintains label integrity without cracking, melting, or delamination. The adhesive system provides stable bonding on common packaging substrates, allowing labels to remain intact throughout warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. Jumbo roll formats of 1080mm and 1530mm support efficient large-scale label production.
