The Self-Adhesive Direct Thermal Label JS08005C is developed for retail and logistics applications that require direct thermal printing without the use of ribbons. The 70gsm top thermal paper features a bright and smooth surface combined with a stable thermal coating, enabling clear and consistent image development.

A protective top layer is applied to enhance resistance to moisture, grease, and mold. This structure helps reduce image blurring or fading during use and supports improved readability for printed information such as barcodes, QR codes, batch data, and logistics identification details.

JS08005C is constructed with 70gsm top thermal paper, a hot melt adhesive, and a 60gsm white glassine release liner. This combination is suitable for information labels used in logistics operations, supply chain management, warehouse systems, and retail environments. The adhesive performs reliably at a minimum application temperature of -20℃ and maintains stable performance within a service temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃.

The material supports offset printing, flexographic printing, and letterpress printing, making it suitable for label production processes that involve batch manufacturing and variable data output. JS08005C is widely used for shipping labels, warehouse rotation labels, product identification labels, and sorting and distribution labels.
